All crits with *Grymcleaver* have a 5% chance of killing the target instantly. Lastly, each creature you kill with *Grymcleaver* has its soul absorbed into the glaive.
> | 2nd | **Wings of the Shepherd.** Once per week, throw *Grymcleaver* along with yourself up to Very Far range. If an attack, roll to hit as normal; if successful the target is also *[[Stunned]]*. On a miss, you scatter within a Melee area of the target (use 1d8 for compass direction). Hit or miss, you roll to their feet, weapon ready.
> | 3rd | **Reaper's Wroth.** Once per six months, when an ally within Close range is reduced to zero hp, you may bellow an oath of vengeance against your ally’s vanquisher. If *Grymcleaver* strikes that target with your next action, it causes damage equal to 50 x the number of souls stored within the glaive (min 50 damage, releases stored souls). If you miss, roll on the Divine Rebukes table instead.
> **Special:** Your eyes burst with golden light and your skin turns to a grey ashen colour. If you discard *Grymcleaver,* these effects end and you suffer a [[Divine Blessings and Rebukes|Divine Rebuke]].
