Far to the south, hidden within jungle valleys and jagged mountain ranges, lies the ancient land of Senreng. Millennia ago, it was a province of Kualatang, one of mankind’s greatest empires, but during the [[Coalescence]] most of its lands fell to ruin. Legend has it that the daemon lord Mājelakhe offered a gift to the surviving Kualatese, one which would allow them to thrive in this new, violent world by transforming them into twisted and daemonic serpentmen. While most of the Kualatese accepted this pact or were forced to take part in it, the people of Senreng mounted a fierce resistance and managed to remain uncorrupted. Since then, the Senrese have constructed two immense walls called the Great Spines to seal off their valley-nation and have fought desperately to defend their borders against serpentmen hordes. This endless war has transformed the Senrese into a resilient people who have adopted a fierce isolationism in order to survive. The Senrese are not only martial, however; they are also profoundly spiritual, having birthed a litany of monastic orders which practice mysterious martial arts within the halls of the many monasteries that dot Senreng's mountains. Senrese of all strides, from beggars to princes, are welcome to study at these monasteries, whether it is to learn the ways of the Forsaken Fist and join them in their defence of the Great Spines, or to attain the greatest gift of all: Enlightenment. - **Native Language:** [[Languages|Kualatese]] | 1d20 | Male Name | 1d20 | Female Name | | ---- | --------- | ---- | ----------- | | 1 | Sangye | 1 | Shanti | | 2 | Ganesh | 2 | Cholha | | 3 | Yangtso | 3 | Rachana | | 4 | Durga | 4 | Drilha | | 5 | Kalsang | 5 | Manisha | | 6 | Prakash | 6 | Jinpa | | 7 | Gyatso | 7 | Namrata | | 8 | Bharat | 8 | Nima | | 9 | Tsewang | 9 | Jyoti | | 10 | Laxmi | 10 | Pema | | 11 | Palkyi | 11 | Hira | | 12 | Ramesh | 12 | Sonam | | 13 | Lhundup | 13 | Anjali | | 14 | Ashok | 14 | Tsolha | | 15 | Yeshe | 15 | Sunita | | 16 | Shankar | 16 | Yama | | 17 | Jamyang | 17 | Pushpa | | 18 | Pankaj | 18 | Zopa | | 19 | Choegyal | 19 | Amita | | 20 | Rajesh | 20 | Yonten |
