Whydith is the goddess of fate, secrets, and the unknown. What little is written of her teachings and lore is obfuscated by obtuse riddles, half-destroyed manuscripts, and long-forgotten [[Languages|languages]]. Despite the mystery of her being, she is known to many as the Weaver of Fate, believed to reside in her Web of Secrets where she endlessly spins the countless Threads that make up the great Weave of destiny and prophecy. Some followers of Whydith believe that her Web of Secrets is woven of the stars themselves, and as such they often look to the constellations for signs of her inscrutable desires. In aiding Whydith, these followers hope to be rewarded with a glimpse of the beauty of the unknowable, or even perhaps rare portents of the future which may or may not come to pass. Her most common symbol is a one-eyed spider, and she is typically depicted in a similar manner.
